Week One:
There will be stressful situations that come in a variety of forms adn intensities, and our earthly existence will never be completely free of them. Yet, the most importance question is and will be, what are we going to do wit our anxiety (fear)? If we let it control and dominate our thinking and thought process, fretfulness can become a way of life. But, if we believe what the Word of God says, about the Lord and His care for His children, then we will can expect and experience an great and mighty liberation from fear, uncertainity and worry. Are there times when you doubt whethere our Heavenly Father really cares about the ordinary things that causes His children anxiety? Cares about His children financial or personal loses? After all, He's got the entire universe in His hands, therefore, we must see our personal issues to small for Him to take care of. You mus consider how inconsequential birds and flowers are, yet Jesus says that the Father cares for all His creation.
Do Not Worry: "Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?“So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these "Matthew 6:25-29 (NKJV).

As believers, we must think and understand our worth is much more to our Heavenly Father. At times we must allow ourselves get all worked up, over-stressed and overtaken out because we're trying to change something that is beyond our control. Just as no one can add a single day to the length of their life, however, there are likewise many situations that we are powerful to alter. Yet, our Sovereign Creator and Ruler of the Universe loves us and holds everything in His hands - for He is Omnipotent and Omniscient. The things which includes our stressful and seemingly out-of-control lives; personal crisis and situations. Meanwhile, we have no reason to fret or fear, because God is in total and absolute control. Perhaps the biggest reason we worry is because we don't trust the Lord with our total life. Anxiety can be a systom of unbelieft. Keeping in mind that the Bible is filled with God's promises to provide, but so often we doubt that He will. If you can trust Him for your eternal salvation and security, you can also trust Him with your eartly protection and provision.

In difficult or painful circumstances, many believers turn to the Bible to search of comfort and guidance. Within its pages, we find assurance that encourages us through every season of our life: "Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed,Because His compassions fail not.23 They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness" Lamentations 3:22-23 (NKJV). God truly is faithful to those who are weary and heavy burden. In other words, we can count on Him to be and do exactly what He says. For instance, the Bible assures us that the Lord is trustworthy, loving, incapable of failure. Yet, out deep love for us, He'll use any aspect of His multifaceted nature to provide exactly what He knows we need. He's our Savior, Comforter and Discipliner, who safely guides us through life's challenges, changes and crisis. Regardless of, what hardships and heartaches we face, we can trust God because He knows all about our present condition and future hope in tomorrow's trials.

The Heavenly Father is aware of the duration and intensity of our current season and uses His knowledge to offer us the best possible help and support. Nevertheless, the Lord is all-knowing and all-powerful, which means He is more than adequate to meet needs and change circumstances according to His plan. And our Father is everywhere at the same time, including right beside us in whatever we face. He promises, a declaration or assurance that one will do a particular thing or that a particular thing will happen. "Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you" Hebrews 13:5 (NKJV). Difficulties may cause us to question God's dependability. But if we'll place our trust in our omniscient, omnipotent Father, we can begin each morning with a fresh sense of His faithfulness, which will carry us through the day.
"Commit your way to the Lord,Trust also in Him,And He shall bring it to pass " Psalm 37:5 (NKJV).
"But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us" Romans 5:8 (NKJV).
"No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you" Joshua 1:5 (NKJV).
